To have a complete and holistic understanding of you, the Fitness, Health and Nutrition Assessments should be the starting point for your journey at Palapon Weight Loss and Fitness Program.

A Health & fitness evaluation allows an understanding of where you're starting from, aids in the design of your program, and provides progressive baseline for monitoring improvement during your journey.

This truly makes your personal training, personalized and highly specific to your needs and goals, so that you can achieve optimal results while reducing risk of pain, injury and muscle loss.

While most programs charge significantly extra fees for every test, the following services are included and standard at Palapon.

Fitness and Health Assessments

  • Basic medical testing - Blood Pressure, Heart rate
  • Body Scan

    The monitors use Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) to monitor multiple components of overall health. The results are analyzed along with gender, age, height and weight for the most accurate and comprehensive reading available. Measurements include Weight, Body Fat %, Body Water %, Daily Caloric Intake, Metabolic Age, Bone Mass, Muscle Mass, Physique Rating, and Visceral Fat Rating

    Sex Hormones - An imbalance can impact your ability to lose and maintain your weight.

    Free and Total Testosterone

    Estradiol (E2)


    Thyroid Hormones - A complex relationship exists between your thyroid, metabolism, and weight.

    TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)

    Stress Hormones - High levels of stress can trigger your body to store additional belly fat.
