Your contract for the Palapon Weight Loss/Fitness/Martial Art Programs is with Wing Tsun Kung Fu Camp Co.,Ltd. (Company number 0775549002225 registered in Thailand) the correspondence address is 155/20 Moo Baan Nong Kae, Hua Thanon, Hua Hin, 77110 Prachuabkirikhan, Thailand.


A huge part of what we do centers around assisting you to reach your goals. We make a commitment to each of our guests and we take that commitment very seriously. Weight loss/Fitness or Martial Art is different for everybody, and therefore we tailor your journey and your Program specifically for you to make to the most of your time. By visiting our site and/ or booking with us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.


At Camp Palapon your physical health and fitness is a priority for which we have designed both our testing and monitoring program and our program of activities. However we cannot and do not present our Health and Fitness test services as an alternative to the opinion of a qualified physician, to whom your full medical history has been disclosed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have disclosed any relevant medical condition and have followed any medical advice you have previously been given. Any injury or illness resulting from a failure to do aforementioned will remain the sole responsibility of the participant.


A 50 % Deposit is required within 7 days of availability being confirmed. Please note, your booking will not be secured until your deposit has been received. You can pay your deposit by:

  • Bank Wire Transfer - Transfers are to be made in Thai Baht. Please note, we will not be liable for any charges accrued as a result of the transaction. Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. It is advisable to book early as our Programs are popular!

Your remaining program balance will be payable upon check-in (prior to the commencement of your program).

You can pay your balance:

  • in Cash - (we only accept Thai Baht)
  • Credit Card - (+3% Fee)
  • Traveller's Cheques - If you opt to bring Traveller's Cheques for payment, we recommend that you bring large denominations. As we are unable to exchange TCs at our Camp you will need to visit an Exchange Bureau and they will charge you a fee to cash each cheque! Please note, your program balance will be exclusive of any exchange fees.

We reserve the right to cancel / delay the commencement of your program until your program balance has been received in full.


If the deadline for remaining payment mentioned in the confirmation are not met. Wing Tsun Kung Fu Camp Hua Hin Co.,Ltd. may impose late payment fees.

These penalty charges will be payable the day after due date of the confirmation, at the rate of 15% per annum, applied to the total amount of remaining balance.


If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Less than 4 weeks before your program start date: We regret that we are unable to refund any amount.
  • Between 4-8 weeks prior to the start of your program, we will refund 25% of your deposit.
  • More than 12 weeks before your program begins: we will refund half of the deposit you paid.

However we will endeavor to re-sell your place and if we are successful we will refund any funds paid by you.

Deferral of a booking:We aim to operate a fair policy and will be happy to defer your booking to another available date if you are unable to make your planned program.

2 months notice is required for this.


At Palapon we are keeping abreast of the latest advice and rules/regulations. As new advice and rules are being imposed hourly, it is now imperative for all our guests to check with us before leaving the camp to ensure you are up to date with the latest information. Palapon accepts no responsibility for guests failing to check or comply with advice, rules and regulations.

Palapon reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest they feel may be scare mongering, causing anxiety, endangering other guests or not complying with advice/rules/regulations in relation to COVID-19.

Should Termination of stay be necessary under this clause, then it will be with immediate effect and no refund will be given.


When you arrive on the Program we will asses you and we will both set a goal for the duration of the Program. We will asses you again on your last day to ensure we have fulfilled out commitment to you in this regard. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have been signed off by a doctor for good health before commencing the program. You must notify your trainer of any health condition which could affect your safe participation. Camp Palapon does not accept liability for injury or illness sustained during your stay. We strongly encourage all our customers to take insurance for the full duration of their stay and all the activities provided. Guests of the Weight Loss Program must only eat the foods provided to them by their Program facilitator, which have been recommended specifically for them by our Nutritionist. Guests may not bring food from outside etc. and follow on Sunday off the nutritional guidelines recommended.

Section 1 - No Show/Early Termination of Program Policy

- Guests must take part in all the physical activities set out and follow the strict instructions of our Personal Trainer.

- Guests must follow the instructions given to them by the Program facilitator relating to requirements.

- Guests must follow the instructions given to them by the Program facilitator.

We reserve the right to terminate a guests program in the following circumstances and without notice:

- non participation in their program (unless for medical reasons).

- engaging in behaviour detrimental to other guests.

If we are forced to terminate a guests program they remain liable for the full cost of the program and no part will be refunded or transferred to another program.

If you withdraw from the camp at any point during its duration for any reason, you shall remain liable for the full amount of the camp fee and no part of this will be refunded to you or transferred to another package.

SECTION 2- Exclusion of Warranties & Consequential Loss

Although Palapon will provide all dietary and other health-related consultancy advice and exercise programs with all the skill and care to be reasonably expected of an appropriately qualified provider of such services, it gives no other warranties or guarantees as to the precise results of the Program. The success of the Program for you will be directly influenced by your current health and body type. Self-discipline and effort will be required from you in order to ensure maximum benefit. To the maximum extent permissible in law: a) all warranties, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded; and b) in no event shall Palapon, nor any of its employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever arising from or in connection with any of these Terms and Conditions.

Section 3- Miscellaneous

You may not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Any tolerance or lenience by Palapon respect of a breach by you of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver by Palapon and it will still be entitled to all rights and remedies available to it under these Terms and Conditions or at law. Palapon shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available.

SECTION 4 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
