Your trainers individually design your workouts to match your fitness level and create a friendly, supportive environment to help and motivate you through it. Don't worry if you have never exercised before. Everyone will notice improvements in cardio, fitness, stamina, and strength.

Life in our fitness camp is relaxed except when you are training of course but the tropical gardens provide a great back drop to rest those tired muscles. The team is always available to have a private chat if you need a little extra support or maybe you just want to find out more about Thai culture.

On Saturday and Wednesday we are working more specific on your range of motion and posture

Fill up with nutritious fuel so you can attack the afternoon sessions.

15:30 - Muay Thai (1 Hour)

Explore the local area or more than likely just fall asleep.
