At Camp Palapon, real-life nutrition means eating in a way that supports your body, fuels your training, and fits into a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Our approach avoids restrictive or starvation-style diets-instead, we focus on nourishing the body with quality food to achieve lasting results.


We serve both Mediterranean and Thai meals, separately—not fused—so you can enjoy the full flavor and nutritional benefits of each cuisine. All meals are crafted to support your fitness journey, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement.


Our ingredients are fresh, natural, and locally sourced. The meat and eggs come from a certified local organic farm, and many of our vegetables and herbs are grown directly in our own garden.


Meals are based on a proven macro ratio of:

  • ✔ 70–75% healthy fats
  • ✔ 20–25% protein
  • ✔ 5–10% carbohydrates

We recommend intermittent fasting (two meals per day: lunch and dinner), which is supported by scientific studies for its benefits in weight loss, energy, and metabolic health. If you prefer breakfast, we offer a light morning option with plain yogurt with overnight oats and mixed berries.
