Sunrise run but the good news is we don't on a Wednesday. Enjoy the extra time in bed.
07:30 - Breakfast
Relax with our other guests and enjoy your muesli, yogurt and fresh fruit
8:30 - Bodyweight Fitness Class (1 Hour)
Learn new strength training techniques under the guidance of Klaus our course director
8:30 - Mobility (1 Hour)
On Saturday and Wednesday we are working more specific on your range of motion and posture

Fill up with nutritious fuel so you can attack the afternoon sessions.
