At Palapon we design a training program specifically for you based on your individual profile. When designing your program, it is very important to have a long-term plan. While day to day workouts are what most people think of when picturing their personal trainer, the real results do not come overnight, the cumulative effects of workouts produce the dramatic results.

Flexibility is specific and if all you're doing is passive, static stretching, you're not improving your range of motion for dynamic movements, since dynamic movements require more than just flexible muscles.

  • 6:00 - Morning Run (1 Hour)
    Sunrise run but the good news is we don't on a Wednesday. Enjoy the extra time in bed.
  • 07:30 - Breakfast
    Relax with our other guests and enjoy your muesli, yogurt and fresh fruit
  • 8:30 - Bodyweight Fitness Class (1 Hour)
    Learn new strength training techniques under the guidance of Klaus our course director
  • 8:30 - Mobility (1 Hour)
    On Saturday and Wednesday we are working more specific on your range of motion and posture
  • 10:00 - Free time
  • 10:30 - Yoga (1 Hour)
    Time to relax, breathe and stretch.
  • 12:00 - Lunch
    Fill up with nutritious fuel so you can attack the afternoon sessions.
  • 12:30 - Free time
  • 14:00 - H.I.I.T. Class (30 Mins)
    High Intensity Interval Training. Get hardcore abs in this class
  • 15:30 - Muay Thai (1 Hour)
    Get ready to kick and punch some ass with a full body work out.
  • 18:00 - Dinner
    Well done, you are finished for the day.
  • 18:30 - Free time
    Explore the local area or more than likely just fall asleep.

Every week you will have additional paddle board and mountain biking activities included.
